Curriculum Vitae
Computer Engineering Researcher — AI Safety & ML Security
Mechanistic interpretability; AI alignment and model evaluation; privacy-preserving machine learning; adversarial robustness and red-teaming; security of multi-agent and autonomous systems.
Seeking a research internship in AI safety: interpretability, alignment, and privacy-preserving ML. My background is applied ML for cybersecurity: intrusion detection for industrial IoT under distribution shift and hard privacy constraints. I want to pivot from defending systems with models to understanding what the models do internally and how to safeguard them.

Additional Training & Coursework
Experience
Funded Undergraduate Research Fellow / Bachelor's Thesis
Nov 2025 – Jul 2026- Designed a federated binary classifier for IIoT intrusion detection evaluating sliding-window traffic statistics that trains at the edge. The system achieved 98.6% precision and 95.0% recall on a Raspberry Pi 4 (8GB) while sustaining a throughput of 3M packets/s, proving high-speed, privacy-preserving detection is viable on commodity hardware.
IT Department Intern
May 2024 – Oct 2024- Built an NLP pipeline (Python, spaCy) that ingested and classified the official Spanish public-tender bulletin, replacing manual screening with automated relevance filtering over a live document stream.
